Are the small packages free because they normally cost $1? Just wondered because it looks like the coupon says "Not to be Doubled".
Yes, they cost $1 at Target and are found in the "spots" as it is called. The "spots" are the dollar bins in the entrance of the store. I have gotten many free batteries last month. I am not sure where they are found at Walmart, but they do carry them and are also priced at $1.
